Bang!Zoom! Posted August 11, 2011 Share Posted August 11, 2011 We had a rare trip out to the store yesterday. While shopping, I saw a copy of Dragon Naturally Speaking for about forty dollars. I'd thought about buying it for dd for sheer transcription purposes and as a teaching aid for composition. Has anyone used this program with their children? Was using it helpful or hindering? I haven't personally used it but a good friend does. She got it for her son about 2 years ago. They love it. He uses it for all sorts of writing exercises and even for his own creative writing. Happy to ask her specific questions.
