theodwyn
I actually have this recipe! Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli makes 1 gallon 2t. olive oil 1lb. ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 2 c. diced carrots 2c. diced celery hot water 1/2 c. instant bouillon granules 2 t. dried oregano 1 t. pepper 2 T. fresh chopped parsley 1 t. Tabasco 6 c. chunky Ragu 1 15 oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed 1 15 oz. can white kidney beans, rinsed 2 c. cooked pasta --small macaroni or shells Heat oil in large skillet or soup pot over med-high heat. Add beef and saute, stirring to break up, about 5 min or until not pink. Add onion, carrots, celery. Simmer 10 min. Meanwhile, place 1 c. hot water in small bowl and dissolve bouillon. Stir this plus oregano, pepper, parsley, Tabasco, and Ragu into skillet. Simmer 10 min. Add about 1 quart water for desired consistency, stir and simmer about 30 min. Stir in beans. Stir in pasta just before serving. Enjoy! It's really good. Wendy
