homeschool_mom
Does anyone have suggestions for a curriculum that teaches organization skills and time management for teenagers?
amtmcm
I haven't used these, but I'm starting a list. My DD definitely needs something before starting high school! Greensa
I was just looking at the links, above, and found that BJU is having a sale on the Study Skills for Teens. Has anyone used it?
FloridaLisa
Thought I'd link to an excellent post by Valerie(TX) showing all the topics she is teaching in a study skills class. I thought this was an outstanding list! HTH, Lisa
katilac
When my kids are teens, I plan to send them to an adult seminar on time management and project planning, probably Franklin Covey if available. It is expensive, yes, but the Franklin Covey (and other) seminar training I had when I was working made a HUGE difference in my abililty to organize and manage my work. For a very young teen, I would probably use some of the resources other posters listed, and them do the seminars at 15/16.
LoriM
I did my own "at home" time management seminar with "Time of Your Life" by Anthony Robbins. It is similar to the FC system, but I just like Tony. :) Anyway, it has served my dds very well as they set goals, and take action with purpose. I highly recommend it!
