anewday
This is for my soon-to-be 6th grader... R&S English (skipping the composition assignments???) Classical Writing CLE Reading There will also be more literature to read as well as written narrations with Biblioplan 3....
MIch elle
and it's just right for us. But IEW doesn't have you parse sentences; I think CW does. CLE reading is only 16 weeks.
anewday
Thanks Michelle. I'm still not certain we're going to use CW (it scares me! LOL) but it's on the list to consider/look though.... :)

Beth in Central TX
I think it looks just right. In 6th grade, I use R&S Grammar, CW, and my own reading list. Next year my 7th & 8th grade sons will do R&S Grammar 7/8, CW Diogenes, and Omnibus I/II. It can be a lot of work at times, but it's a very good fit for us. She has a new one that looks good for younger dc and if I had a younger dc I would use it! http://www.excellenceinwriting.com/index.php?q=product/all-things-fun-amp-fascinating Sample: http://www.excellenceinwriting.com/files/AFF%20SampleS.pdf
