home4fun
Have you used the first edition? Have you ordered the second edition? It is a complete grammar program? What have you liked or disliked about it? I am thinking of using it for my 5th grade son. Thanks Angie (home4fun)
laughing lioness
I'm an IEW rep and after watching a training CD from the author of "Fix It' I am buying it for next year. I think it's an excellent program, very engaging and fun for the kids. If they like strategy or games, they'll love this. It takes classic lit and the kids have to solve the grammar mistakes, but it's done in skill building way.

We have only used First Language Lessons books 1-4, but he also does Latin. FLL's have become boring and too easy. Thanks for your help. FlockOfSillies
The sample teacher book at the website says you should use a formal grammar program as well. You might to look at GWG or JAG.

home4fun
I was looking at JAG next year as well. Just not sure about the need for 2 programs? Why do people do both? Thanks for your help. Angie (home4fun)
