Ida
In fact book A is used in K12's English program for 6th grade. My 6th grade ds (using k12) is on Lesson 12 out of 16, hasn't had much trouble with it, and does it mostly independently. Most of the activities are multiple choice. Some of it can be tricky, especially the analogies and find the sentence with the word used incorrectly, but it is doable and I think a 6th grader is just as capable of doing it as a 7th grader. Colleen in NS
My 5th grader just finished book A and is starting book B. It was a little tricky at first, but he got the hang of it after going through exercises with me a few times.
Teresa in MO
Do you know that RR carries Vocabulary from the Classical Roots Elementary for grades 4-6? I haven't seen them yet, but am considering them for my 4th gr.
Jane
Yes, I don't see any reason why a 6th grader could not complete Classical Roots A. My current 7th grader completed it in a month, so it was on the easy side for her.
