And...how and when did you add butter and brown sugar? My dad loves acorn squash where it is cut in half, baked in the oven right side down, and then turned over and baked a little longer with butter and brown sugar in the center. I want to make this for him, but would like to cook it in my pressure cooker. At least the first part in the pressure cooker and then could finish in the oven.
