hollyhock2
Has anyone used this Bible study by Starr Meade? I'm looking for reviews, and wondering how others have scheduled this for their high schooler. Also, I read somewhere that it was written from a Reformed Baptist point of view, and I'm wondering if anyone has noticed if that comes through at all in the discussion or the questions. Thanks. cintinative
Hi, my 7th grader is working through this very slowly--about 15 minutes a day. I think it's too early to say if we love it. There is a local university model school that uses it. I would say it is written from a reformed point of view. We have done a bunch of her other books including devotionals, books on the Heidelberg Catechism and Westminster Catechism, and Bible books. We are part of the Presbyterian Church in America and we have not seen anything that concerns us, if that helps. If you want, I can look in the later books and see if it is addressed. Right now my son is in the OT books (Exodus) and it will be awhile before we get to baptism.
