Porridge Posted September 10, 2018 Share Posted September 10, 2018 Hello Hive, I need advice on how to word some paperwork that I am putting together for an IEP. My child is at home with me but we're getting an IEP for speech therapy. For a couple of years, I've also had concerns about... I don't know how to word it. I think he is gifted but not in the traditional sense. I think he may be 2E. Since we're getting the IEP for speech therapy, I'm thinking of also asking for a more comprehensive eval (I'm not even sure this is possible or availble) but I'm not sure what to ask for. The IEP paperwork prompts are: Please put into writing why you are making this request and how it will help your son/daughter. Be brief but specific. What are your concerns about this child?
