Jen74w Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 New to WTM and so glad to have found these forums, I have been doing so much reading and learning from everyone! This year will be our first deciding on home education materials on our own (we lived overseas for 6 1/2 years and used TTUISD K-12 program but it is very pricey and now that we are back stateside my husbands company will not pay for it anymore) My 3rd grader is a struggling reader and uses the All About Reading Program and doing very well, he does very well with all other subjects (I just have to assist with reading) I am curious as to which curriculum, books, materials you have found that you all like - prefer secular (non-religious) materials. Any advice, help and thoughts are greatly appreciated as I am super nervous trying to pick out items to use. Thank you in advance!
