Night Elf Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 I've been awake since 4:15am. I have been trying to get back to sleep but no luck. I hate this! It seems like it's been happening a couple of times a week and I take a sleeping pill. I wasn't tired last night and took the max dosage to help me fall asleep. I got about 4.5 hours of sleep.
