What are your goals for afterschooling? Since you are specifically targeting skills subjects normally already covered in school, not enrichment or content subjects, are you concerned that the school is not covering these subjects effectively? Are you wanting your children to get ahead? Are there learning challenges? Have they been falling behind? Are they gifted and need more challenge? In other words, what is your purpose in afterschooling? It might help with recommendations. FWIW, MM and CLE are two very different full scale math programs. Are you wanting to use one for more concept based reinforcement and the other for a wider range of topics with lots of built in review? What math program are the children using at school? What are you hoping to add to that? I don't mean to bombard you with questions but different people after school for different reasons. I am hoping with additional information you can get more targeted advice that will genuinely help you for your specific situation. You might cross post on the Parents' Forum After Schooling board, too. You would reach a more targeted audience that way. Just post this topic on that board, too, but add "Xpost from K-8 Board".
