Math Mammoth to Teaching Textbooks

Has anyone made this switch? I'm a long-time MM user and it has recently come to my attention that my kids would benefit from a lot more review (among other reasons). So I want to try TT with them next year. I'm having them do the placement tests but I am wondering where other people's kids have placed when switching. Do your kids generally place at grade level or a grade ahead?

I switched my son from MM to TT after he told me that "this math [MM] was made for someone with a different brain." My son was in 3rd grade, and I started him on TT3 because his math confidence was in the basement. He finished TT3 in 4 months and began TT4, which he completed in 4th grade. So far he has progressed at one level a year. He's in 7th grade and will finish TT7 on Monday. I supplement with Hands-on Equations.
