Alicia64
I've had a bulging disc diagnosed by two MRI's. I've had physical therapy, meds, steroid shots. I also use a stand up desk and an ergonomic chair. I'm rarely out of pain. I'm starting to think about getting back surgery b/c I'm so sick of this. But then I saw an inversion table in Costco today. http://www.costco.com/inversion-tables.html?refine=30587%2b14021%2b If you've used one: did it help? Has anything you've done helped? Happy
I believe that's the one we have. Got it to help dh's back--no stuff between disks is his issue. It does seem to help a little. He does a lot of yoga and planks which really helps him. He spends a few minutes on the machine right before bed. I've used the machine a few times. I cannot go as inverted--I have retina issues and I see spots if I hang upside down too much. I can get a nice gentle stretch without hanging. The machine is sturdy and seems well made. The eye issue has me concerned. The last thing I want to do is relieve one problem and end up with another problem. Alley
