38carrots
I'm in love (IN LOVE) with those muffins. I'd love to be able to make them at home. Or something similar, I'm not very picky. All I know that there's a date in the center. They are not too sweet, they are not too chocolaty. They are magically just right. http://www.ubelivinsmart.com/store/belgian-chocolate-karmaffin-14.html Where would I even start replicating them? umsami
Wow, they sound good. The whole starting with 10 pounds of healthy ingredients and cooking it down to 1 pound sounds difficult to duplicate. "Sweet Potato, Avocado, Apple, Banana, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry, Dates, Orange and Pomegranate" You know they use egg whites and whey protein. I've seen a few GF recipes that use that. You could use the Hershey Special Dark cocoa powder for the chocolate.
