hellen
I searched for this last month and found a recommendation for Call Me Gene. Rainbow Resource has it. I was planning to use that along with some reading. National Geographic Investigates : From DNA to Designer Dogs Decoding Life: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Genome Genes and DNA -Kingfisher That's all I have planned so far. We'll use it next year.

Allearia
We are doing genetics as part of RSO Biology 2, but The Cartoon Guide to Genetics has been read here several times. We are also using the k'Nex Education DNA, Replication and Transcription Set: http://www.amazon.com/KNEX-Education-DNA-Replications-Transcription/dp/B000O8Z7UQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1446568914&sr=8-1&keywords=K%27nex+dna RSO also has a lab where you can see your DNA, which I assume you can find somewhere online. Hopefully if you don't find something specifically on genetics, these resources can help!
