ErinE Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 The kids wanted to try lamb (DH is out of town; he doesn't like lamb) so I purchased a lamb rib roast. Do you have any good recipes for lamb? Do I cut up the roast into individual servings, like pork chops? Daria Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 I love lamb. I would cut it into chops because I like the surface of meat where it is grilled.
