Mandamom Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 My background as a tutor is remediating, writing, math and reading for K-9 for children with Dyslexia, ADHD and language processing. That being said, I have a friend/acquaintance who is begging me to work with her 12th grade son (diagnosed with Dyslexia) and help him with the SAT writing. The first time he took the test he did not ask for the extra time he was allowed and ran out of time and didn't finish the essay. (He is also taking the ACT at some point). So, since she's worn me down, :), I was thinking I could do some timed writings and see if I can make any suggestions on his writing.
