clementine
Just had to share. My dd's freshman orientation was this week & the director of health services got up to speak to the group. She said that because everyone is now required to have health insurance that they have stopped offering student health insurance plans. They don't require students to pay their co-pay up front either - they can just go in, have their appointment, tests, etc., and they will bill all insurance plans for them (or us,since our dd is on our family plan). I thought that was great, since I was worrying about opting out in time. Has anyone else been told that by their child's future school?
