Anyone have recommendations for good quality multivitamin and/or something to aid muscle recovery? I know some of you have been down this path with husbands or sons and I would value any wisdom! Cakes Posted February 4, 2015 Share Posted February 4, 2015 If you are looking for a good multi, go to a local health food store and ask for recommendations. Ask why any one is better than another. He should have both a pre and post workout snack. You do not need to buy specific products, just do some googling this will give you lots of real food ideas that will provide the right carb/fat/protein ratios.
