Joanne
I'm on a habit stacking and mini habit kick for my reading. I read this one over the weekend, and it appealed to my self help but anti- new year's resolution self. It is a good approach to making a change in a big way over the course of 12 months. http://www.amazon.com/Resolutions-That-Stick-Habits-Transform-ebook/dp/B00H8K4WEU/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1421076792&sr=1-2&keywords=new+years+resolution

Happy
Thanks! I love reading good ideas for self improvement. I browsed some habit stacking and mini habit books on Amazon the other day. I will choose a couple in the near future because they look interesting. Do you have any you recommend beyond the one above? If you haven't read 'The Compound Effect' by Darrin Hardy, you might have a look. It's aimed a bit toward business, but I loved the idea of small, tiny, modest changes redirecting a person's flight path. Whenever I read his book, I feel encouraged. :)
