Jackie
I remember hearing once about an Idiom of the Day calendar. I would love this! I was just buying our 2015 calendars and can't seem to find such a thing, though. Did I dream it?
Kerileanne99
I got Alex one last year:) But it isn't so much a calendar as it is just a flip book with a new one for each day, numbered. Still, lots of fun and great for kids. We have some of the vocabulary ones from the same company. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1602140553/ref=pd_aw_sims_4?pi=SL500_SS115&simLd=
Jackie
That was probably it! Thank you :)
Jackie
Darn it, it appears to be out of print now and the used sites have it for around $50 rather than the $10 list price. That's a bit much. Anyone know of something else like this?
Kerileanne99
Oh no! I love these:(

Kerileanne99
Jackie- Saw this game for learning kid-friendly idioms on Zulilly today and wondered if it might be an alternate idea...and they are actually about the size of the Vocabulary Power flip book, so if the game was a flop maybe you could ring-bind the tops and make your own flip book? http://m.zulily.com/product/6365649?ref=event&pos=
Jackie
Late last night, I found a used copy of the Vocabulary Power one on Amazon for $16 with free shipping, so I went ahead and bought it. The price ranges there were from the $16 I paid to well over $100, which is insane. I never understand the third party pricing on Amazon!
