To clarify a few things that came up in the posts my son is not clinically depressed. Sorry for misusing the word. I just didn't want him to be lonely. He does know how to amuse himself when he is alone. We worked it all out. Ds & I misunderstood each other. She's fine with him coming out to visit, just not wedding dress shopping. I wasn't picturing him going wedding dress shopping with us. But I decided to leave ds at home this time. I am glad you have a solution. Enjoy your trip and your time with your sister.
