I'd rather not have it custom framed since it is just a poster, but I also don't want it to look tacky or cheap either. Any recommendations? Tranquility7 Posted June 23, 2014 Author Share Posted June 23, 2014 Define tacky lol. I bought some poster frames for ds' room last year and I was most satisfied with the one I got at Michael's. It was a thick black plastic frame, but no loose pieces like the other frames I got (via Walmart.com which were utter crap. They arrived bent, 4 separate sides you have to snap on and they left small gaps). LOL, yes, those ones with the four separate sides that slide together are what I mean by tacky! Though really, I don't want any plastic that you can *tell* is plastic just by looking at it. I will take a look at Michael's. Ikea is a couple of hours away, but DH is planning to head there in a week or two for something else, so I'll look online and see what they have got. Thanks!
