LearningScholar
If someone has the Spielvogel "Human Odyssey" textbook could you please count how many pages are in these chapters 03.The First Civilizations: Ancient India. 04.The First Civilizations: Ancient China. and 10.Golden Ages in East Asia. 11.Civilization in South Asia and Southeast Asia. I'm asking because I found another Spielvogel textbook, Glencoe World History used for $2.00 at a booksale. http://www.amazon.com/Glencoe-World-History-McGraw-Hill/dp/0078239931/ I found HO's TOC online and compared it to the Glencoe's TOC. The chapters for the most part seem to line up, alot of them seem to be named slightly differnt and the order was changed for some. But each group of the 2 chapters from above seems to have been combinded into one chapter each. I'm trying to figure out if they just labeled the two chapters as one and removed no content, or if they condensed the two chapters into one removing a lot of content. Of course I'm saying this with never having seen HO in person, just going by the TOC.
