fdrinca
The 7 year old is playing Sorry! with the flighty 3 year old. I'm estimating how long it will last until someone (me, possibly) ends up in tears.
BarbecueMom
That's the one game I have hidden high in the game closet. DS5 is a gracious winner and loser at every single game except that one. Always tears and stomping and direction refusing. I'm not sure what it is about that particular one, because he doesn't act like that with any other "go back to start" type games. jenn-
I am a bad mom. I rarely let them even try board games for this exact reason. Either the person losing suddenly "gives up" and decides to quit upsetting the one about to win or the one that loses gets upset because they lost. My kids routinely have to play board games against their stuffed animals as they cannot really lose that way. Even then I had one getting upset over a game of War that he was losing (but he is my overly emotional child).
