T'smom Posted February 14, 2014 Share Posted February 14, 2014 My 1st grader and I have really been enjoying the Elephant and Piggie books. He finds them fun because it's all dialogue and we each pick a character and read their "lines". It's fun and I think he's learning a lot about reading with expression and paying attention to punctuation. Anyway, I don't know of other books written in this style. Does anyone know of others? They don't have to be quite as easy as Elephant and Piggie. I will look into some readers theater books, but those often have quite a few characters since they are written for the classroom.
