sdobis Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 I'm interested in the Stevenson spelling program for my dyslexic 9 year old daughter. She is also a visual spatial learner, so this curriculum really interests me. Does anyone have any experience with just the spelling portion of it? How does it look on a day to day basis? Do I need anything besides the teacher manual? Are there samples anywhere of the spelling book? I contacted the company, but haven't heard back yet. I was hoping to glean some knowledge from you all. homefront Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 The spelling teaching is folded into the whole program. The whole program was the best thing I could of done for my oldest. If spelling is all your looking for I think other programs might be a better choice. Stevenson is pretty good at sending samples if you ask for them.
