Guest ramblinH
Hello :) Six months ago, with my husband's blessing, I undertook to educate our third born who had just successfully completed first grade. We are still prayerfully considering bringing home our two oldest (tenth and eighth graders) and our youngest (kindergartener with Down syndrome). I have a younger sister that homeschools and myriad good friends that do as well. We are currently using The Principle Approach with a Charlotte Mason twist (as I gradually become more familiar with her techniques). I recently had someone suggest I visit this forum (thanks, Hunter!) as I had expressed an ongoing interest in classical education. I am excited to be here and hoping to gain further insight as to how we might incorporate the trivium into our studies... Blessings ~ Kendra :)
RootAnn
Welcome Kendra! Make sure you look around! There is a lot of information on the K-8 board, the Special Needs board, and the High School board. Don't get too overwhelmed with all the talk of the latest awesome curricula, though. Best of luck!
