Kelly in IL
I was wondering if anyone was aware of a good curriculum that specifically addresses the rivers, mountain ranges, etc., of the world. Thanks for your time!
thelittlebluenotebook
Mr. Donn has lots of free materials: http://geography.mrdonn.org/rivers.html (not all his links work) http://geography.mrdonn.org/mountains.html Also free units at LessonPathways: http://www.lessonpathways.com/Pathways/Detail?path=%2f03_History%2fYear_4_History_Guided_Journey%2f30Mountains_of_the_World http://www.lessonpathways.com/Pathways/Featured/34702
Hunter
I think Everything You Need to Know About Geography Homework has some nice maps of the world rivers and mountains. The older edition of this text is often available at libraries. http://www.amazon.com/Everything-Need-About-Geography-Homework/dp/0439625467 The rivers and mountains in the free vintage geographies at Google Books are still relevant and accurate.
