momofkhm
Would someone who knows tell me if I should run in the morning or not? My knee was hurting some last night...not so much tonight. I did not run or even walk today at all. I wouldn't say it hurts right now, but I'm definitely aware of it. It is my left knee and earlier in the week I had some pain in my right buttocks (said in my best Forrest Gump voice) or rather just below it...and I wonder if I was favoring my left side because of my right tush pain. What is that muscle that meets the tush? I want to run in the morning....should I? I think I would take at least one more day off. It could be the pain in your rear is causing you to have a different gait as you run, causing the pain in your knee. You really don't want to mess with knees. :grouphug: :grouphug:
Rose in BC
Great! Did you run in the evening? I work casual, more in the summer. That's probably why I was tired. Tomorrow I don't work and plan a longer run at my favourite time 4:30 p.m.
