pjssully
Hi, I have order the Teaching Company/Great courses U.S. History CD and want to use this for 16 year old. She will also be taking the CLEP tests after she is done going through the tapes but I would like to add a few additional resources. I really don't know where to start. She has read a lot of the primary resources about the government and that time period last year, and also did American literature last year. I would REALLY like some help coming up with a few additional ideas. thanks for any help pam
KarenNC
I think I would start with materials from here http://clep.collegeboard.org/exam/history-us-i/resources to be sure we'd covered all the areas.
Julie in MN
If you are using the TTC high school course, I do think you need to spend a good deal of time on the CLEP prep book or materials Karen linked. The high school course is just one lecture per day for 30 days. Whether you're using the high school or college-type TTC series (half for each CLEP), the course booklet may also give you some textbooks to look at.
