mom2vikha
Hi Ladies, I am confused. I am afterschooler. My dd7, raising second grader is doing mm 3b. She loves ba and I am not good at math. So I enrolled her in Athena and classes start in august. My issue is MM is excellent but I have hard time explaining stuff. She is independent mostly but I know that I am worst at math and I need hand holding. She is doing Miffin Houghton at school but she is far ahead. Can I ditch MM and lean on teaching textbooks? or chalkdust grade 4 math? I need halp with grade 4.Please advice. Math takes most of our time. So I would like to minimize that and mix up lot of literature. She is a hyper kid. She has hard time not doing anything. So she is kept busy throughout. Thanks
