Sunshine State Sue
I would like to track my food for a few days and get detailed nutrition information. I've tried supertracker, myfitnesspal, sparkpeople, and fitday, but each seems to have a major drawback. I need: a sane ingredient list (I don't want to wade through 500 brands of oatmeal cookies to find whole uncooked oats) the ability to add a recipe for x number of servings and have the food tracker be able to determine 1 serving (I cook a lot from scratch) detailed, comprehensive nutritional information (not just one nutrient at a time) Any suggestions? I don't have a cell phone (probably the last person alive without one), so I need/want something non-mobile. Thanks!
