New refrigerator questions-is there still a tax incentive to buy one? Where to shop for one?

Just starting to think about a new fridge-ours is freezing things in parts of it and wrecking some of our food plus ice in the milk, etc. Is there still a tax incentive or rebate or whatever if you get a new appliance like a refrigerator? And would we just look at Home Depot, etc., or are there online prices or somewhere else to get a really good deal? We really need to economize on this as much as possible-thanks!

There might be a state tax incentive or a rebate through your local utility to buy an energy-efficient refrigerator, but there is no longer a Federal one.
