laughing lioness
ds 13 and dd 10 are doing math at the table. Ds 13 starts complaining about dd 10 making faces at him and distracting him. I calmly ask the 10 yo, 'do you want to do math in the hall?" She responds with straight face and low life brit accent (think liza doolittle) "I'm a good girl, I am!" gaillardia
That's so cute. Yesterday my dd11 read a part of a Martin the Warrior (Redwall) book to me and I had no idea she knew how to do the accent so well and so fast like it was part of her normal speech. Sounds like that's what your daughter was doing too. She said, "Gerrout of my way! I never came down here to suffocate an' die. Let me by, you stupid snivellin' moaners!"
