Catherine
We are checking on changing our homeowner's insurance, and have gotten a quote from one company that claims to provide "full replacement value." However, their limits of liability are considerably smaller than those of our current insurance. The agent claims that they will replace everything in the event of a total loss, even if it exceeds their limits of liability. Can anyone tell me if this could possibly be true? TIA. AmyontheFarm
I highly doubt it. If it was true, wouldn't they be willing to put it in writing?
