Is there a book or website

Recommended Posts

First of all, if we are talking about TI-XXX graphing calculators the first thing you need to do is go to the TI website and down load the REAL users guide for these things....much different than the scrawny little getting started guides that come in the clam shell cases with the calculators

http://education.ti.com/educationportal/downloadcenter/SoftwareList.do?website=US&tabId=2&paneId=17

In the event the link doesn't work for you, google the type of calculator and users manual or guidebook. Then choose the education.ti.com link.

Another good option is this web site from hotmath

http://hotmath.com/graphing_calculators/

Also here is a link to another page I literally just found on TI's web site....it links to lots of free tutorials. http://education.ti.com/educationportal/sites/US/nonProductMulti/training_online_tutorials.html?bid=4

I also have purchased a dummies guide or two, they are pretty helpful as well.

Good Luck! Hope some of these are useful!

Another possibility ...

Our local community college has a math lab that is free for students and members of the community. They had several videos that covered use of a graphing calculator. Something you might look into ....
