Feel kinda dumb for asking this but.....

I do, but I'm lazy and make cabbage rolls without the roll. It's been passed down the generations that way. I brown it up with salt, pepper, greek seasoning. Tomato sauce (I'll admit I don't add the rice to watch the carb count, but everyone else I know does) and chopped cabbage. I hope you find a recipe that works for you.
