5LittleMonkeys
I was working through an Algebra problem today with dd14 while dd13 was listening in trying to make sense of it... "Matt is three years younger than twice Maria's age. Five years from now, Matt will be three times Maria's age five years ago. Find Maria's age." I told dd14 that the complication of going back in time and forward in time had to be accounted for. They both, without skipping a beat, yelled out, "WE NEED DR. WHO!" I paused a moment thinking of how much more enjoyable Algebra would be with his help before I busted out laughing. :smilielol5:
Hen
:smilielol5: I always hated math problems like that...the age stuff or the train traveling so fast, hated them.
