Hot Lava Mama Posted November 20, 2012 Share Posted November 20, 2012 Everytime I log in, it says my password isn't correct so I have to get a new password. I copy the password into the log-in screen (which lets me in with the new password), then also copy it into my HP simple pass, but when I try to log in again, it says it is wrong.
