I can't have: Most animal protein Nuts Leafy greens Beans/legumes (I can't seem to get them to agree with me and and terribly uncomfortable when I eat them, though I wish I could!) Gluten I should have: Dairy products (particularly those high in calcium) As much protein as possible (hard to do given the above!) Lots of veggies other than leafy greens I have kidney stones and a gluten intolerance, and I generally do better when I pretty much just eat meat and vegetables, but these new developments make that impossible now. I spent the last few years adjusting to realizing how much better I feel without carbs, so now I need to swing away from that and I'm having a hard time. Any advice is welcome!
