Flowing Brook
Two weeks ago I put my car in the shop because it was misfiring. The mechanic put in new spark plugs, two ignition coils, intake gasket, and some vacuum hoses. It cost $540.00 It drives so much better now. However, when I am accelerating the engine gets noisy and when I stop accelerating the car gives a hard jerk the drives normal. I really do not want to put it back in the shop if it does not need it. Especially since I just got done spending so much on it. On the other hand if it needs to go back it needs to go back. Any Ideas? BTW it is a 2003 Ford Escape with 120800 miles on it. MomtoCandJ
Maybe bad gas? My Taurus does that if I have bad gas, it's weird. Buy some dry gas and some imjection cleaner to see if that helps
