If you use Paypal, be certain that you use ONLY the address listed under Seller Protection address. If the buyer asks you to ship to a different address you need to refund them and have them update the address they want under Seller Protection address. The buyer will need to repurchase the item once the address has been changed or you will NOT be covered by PP protection. After talking with PP, it seems some people are asking sellers to ship to a different address then claim they didn't receive the item and submit a claim.
