I installed it on my login, but I gave him authorization through parental controls so he could access it through his login. However, when he opens the program on his login, he gets gibberish. Any way to solve this? I have though about deleting the program, then reinstalling it while logged in as him, but I'm afraid I'll lose data. Has anyone else done this? Definitely call customer support at kinetics books, they have been very helpful to me in the past, and they do their best to get back with you quickly if they can't resolve the issue on the spot.
