They adhere to the Nicene Creed, if you check out their website, so any orthodox, Trinitarian Christian would be able to use their materials, from what I understand. There is an MP Catholic group on Yahoogroups that can help you. http://Www.yahoogroups.com/groups/memoriapresscatholic. I have not used the Classical Studies, but we have used several of its components and several MP courses with no problems. I like MP. They are Catholic-friendly.
