Ohdanigirl
Is it legal to scan books and put them on a USB or hard drive, if you do not intend to sell the books? Because we will be on the road real soon, I am trying to think of ways to limit the amount of books we haul from place to place. I seem to recall someone mentioning scanning books before a move over seas. I have some books in PDF form, which we purchased. We also intend to get either nooks, or Kindles, but there are a few that simply are not available in electronic form. Thanks. Pegasus
It's legal if you keep the books. Similar to ripping music CDs to your computer.
