Mama_Rana
Is there an app or website that would allow me to do the following: Create assignment/task lists for my son and I [separately]. For his, I want to put his school assignments, his piano practice, his chores, and other things as they come up. Some would need to repeat daily or weekly [and some of the chores, monthly]. I want him to be able to check them off as he completes them [on the comp or the iPad]. It'd be best if they disappeared or moved to the bottom or somehow visually lessened so they don't hide incomplete tasks. If he doesn't complete them I want them to move to the next day [or however I set it up?] Or is there another way to handle this that I'm not thinking of? He seems to respond well to checklists, but it's so easy in a hand-written list for incomplete items to get lost in the shuffle [and also, I'm bad at remembering to write them out]. Google Calendar has the ability to set up events in sorta the way I want, but they aren't "checkable" and so nothing "bad" happens if they aren't done [i don't really mean bad, I just mean there's no accountability; they don't get moved to the next day or anything]. They have a separate task list, but it's just not quite the same thing. I really want the functionality of both a calendar and a to-do list in one. Does anyone make that? nmoira
I'm pretty reasonable sure Astrid will do all that, and it'll integrate with Google Calendar. http://astrid.com/
