battlemaiden Posted July 4, 2008 Share Posted July 4, 2008 I need to sell our 1 1/2 old Whirlpool Duet large capacity/HE Washer and Dryer. We paid around $1600 for them both new. They work perfectly, but our military housing has great large capacity W/D and mine are sitting in the garage. What would you pay? I don't have anything comparable on Craigslist to compare. Are pedestals included with yours? I just bought 2 pedestals with drawers for our W/D at a garage sale for $200. I would think that somewhere between $1,000-1,200obo would be fair. Good luck! Our set is 12 years old and I am sure on their way out, and so is the vacuum, the blender, etc, etc. I guess that's what happens when you've been married this long (16 years next month)-- everything starts falling apart.
