Miss Marple
I know that Quine has re-done some of his programs. I used the old Starting Points with my kids and found that any edition of the books would work. It will definitely be light work for your senior. I would suggest adding in more literature analysis (Quine is looking at literature through a very narrow focus) and bumping up the American History portion. However, if your senior has already done Am. History, it will probably be a fine refresher. My boys were 8th graders when they did it so they probably spent more time than a senior would. kathleen
I agree with the above poster. My son did this course in 7th grade, and it was actually pretty light for him at the time. He spent 1/2 to one hour a day on it (and hated every minute of it, I might add--I didn't like it, either).
